By Avi Horowitz · RARE Real Estate, LLC
If pickleball or padel is part of your week, which community fits the way you play? Start with the sport you enjoy, the kind of games you want and when you would play. Compare each community’s playing options alongside the homes on your Boca Raton or Delray Beach shortlist.

Where can you compare homes with on-site padel?
In the facility descriptions reviewed October 20, 2026, Lotus Edge, Boca Grove and Addison Reserve each listed padel facilities. They are starting points for a home comparison, not a complete list of places to play. Compare the home and the applicable ownership or membership terms alongside the sport.
Use the community guide for Lotus Edge and the existing Boca Grove and Addison Reserve entries for their membership and ownership context. Confirm which court-use rights would apply to your property and household before you buy.
Would you use dedicated outdoor courts or shared indoor space?
In its description reviewed October 20, 2026, Lotus Edge’s manager distinguished dedicated outdoor pickleball courts from indoor sports space accommodating basketball or pickleball. Shared space means the allocation of playing time matters. If indoor pickleball is a priority for your move, check its actual schedule before relying on it.
Compare the home and its ownership terms
For a rental, use the tenant-access guidance. For ownership, compare HOA inclusions and optional charges alongside the relevant club membership entry. These resources explain what to verify for the particular home; the facilities listed here are not an invitation for nonresidents to enter.
Bring the home back into the comparison.
Once the playing options fit, use the model tools linked from the community guide to compare layouts, and the market reports to see sales in each reporting period.
