This selected reference uses the usable drawings in the collected source material. It is not a complete model or structural-option inventory. Drawings that cut through important rooms have been omitted. Some surviving sheets have clipped borders or text; use only what is visible.

The Bridges is a separate community from Seven Bridges and Boca Bridges. Shared model names do not establish identical layouts, room sizes or living areas.

Compare the drawing with today’s home

In an established resale community, the original sheet is a starting point. Look for later wall changes, room conversions, patio enclosures and additions. Verify the current configuration and available property records for the home you are considering.

What does an optional bedroom label mean?

A library or club room shown as an optional bedroom does not establish that every home includes that conversion. Check the room’s actual walls, access, closet and bathroom arrangement.

Can I rely on the printed area or room dimensions?

Use printed figures to understand the design shown. Air-conditioned area differs from total area, which can include garages and covered outdoor spaces. Measure the actual property before ordering furniture or planning work; the marketing sheet is not a measured survey.
