The five-bedroom home featured custom kitchen cabinetry, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, Italian porcelain floors, impact glass, and a renovated heated pool. The seven-bedroom property offered original interiors with renovation potential, a private pool, and a summer kitchen. The comparison illustrates why bedroom count and square footage alone do not explain a home’s value.
