Effective October 26, 2026 This website and its related inquiry forms are provided by Avi Horowitz, a real estate agent with RARE Real Estate, LLC. This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the website, request floor plans, submit an inquiry or arrange a conversation.

Information collected

When you submit a form, the information may include your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, community preferences, moving or research intent, and any message you choose to send. A Facebook or Instagram form may prefill contact information from your account; review it before submitting. The website and its service providers also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referring links and interactions with the site. Cookies and similar technologies support website operation and analytics.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your requests, provide requested resources, arrange conversations, organize inquiries and understand how people use the website. Selecting “Planning a move” on the floor-plan form prompts a review task for Avi. Selecting “Researching my current home” or “Just exploring” saves the inquiry and answers without starting a sales opportunity or automated nurture sequence in that campaign.

Service providers and sharing

The website uses Squarespace for hosting, Google services including Gmail and Analytics, and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for contact records, forms and workflow processing. Facebook and Instagram forms are also processed by Meta. Information is processed by the providers involved in delivering these services under their respective terms and privacy policies.

Personal contact information is not sold or provided to unrelated businesses for their own marketing. Information may be shared as needed to respond to a request, provide a requested real estate service, comply with legal obligations or protect against fraud and misuse.

Communications and choices

Providing a phone number on the floor-plan form is optional. You may contact Avi to update your information, ask about its use, request deletion or ask that follow-up communications stop. A request for floor plans does not itself authorize unrelated automated marketing texts or calls.

You can manage cookies through your browser and use any cookie controls provided on the website. Blocking some cookies may affect site features. External websites and social platforms linked from this site have their own privacy policies.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain the requested business relationship and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Deletion requests are reviewed subject to records that must be retained.
